My Story

Hi, I’m Jen

I’m a Perinatal Psychologist with a deep passion for supporting families through the transformative journey of parenthood.

My path to this work began in early childhood education, where I spent years nurturing young minds as an educator, child care provider, and nanny. That foundation continues to shape my approach today, one that’s grounded in empathy, connection, and understanding.

I hold a Master of Health Science in Perinatal and Infant Mental Health, I am an accredited provider with the Neuroprotective Developmental Care Institute, and I facilitate both Circle of Security Parenting, and Becoming Us Perinatal Relationship groups. These qualifications reflect my commitment to evidence-based, compassionate care and life long learning.

I run a small private practice in Warrnambool, Victoria, to offer personalised psychological support to individuals and families navigating the joys and challenges of building a family. My work is rooted in the belief that when we support parents, we support babies, and when we give babies a voice, we nurture lifelong emotional wellbeing.

Whether you're preparing for parenthood, adjusting to life with a newborn, or seeking guidance through the ups and downs of family life, I’m here to walk alongside you with warmth, knowledge, and care.

If you’d like to learn more or book an appointment, please feel free to call me at 0455 492 034.

Warmest wishes,
Jen
